BiD Reports: See What Your Pipeline Is Really Worth

November 2, 2026 Avvyd Solutions 3 min read

Ask a BD lead what the pipeline is worth and you usually get the sum of every opportunity’s value, ceilings included. That number is big, comforting and wrong. Leadership needs a weighted view, a sense of what is slipping, and an honest look at why you win and lose. BiD’s Reports tab, added in late October, puts that next to your board.

On every plan: a weighted funnel and the lists that keep you honest

  • Weighted funnel. Your pipeline by stage, weighted by each card’s chance of winning. The weighting uses the card’s AI PWin score when you have run one, or a default for the card’s stage when you haven’t.
  • Past due, Due in 14 days and Stale. Three lists you can apply to the board with one click, so the weekly pipeline review starts with the cards that need attention.
  • Loss Disposition. On a Lost card, record why you lost and who won. Over time that becomes the most useful data you have.
  • Contract vehicles counted correctly. Set a card’s Award Type and BiD counts expected task order value or the minimum guarantee, never the ceiling, so vehicles stop inflating your totals.

On Growth: analytics for teams that live by their numbers

  • Projected awards by quarter and breakdowns of your pipeline.
  • Stage speed and conversion, so you can see where pursuits stall.
  • Wins by source, so you know which opportunity sources actually produce awards.
  • PWin accuracy, comparing predicted and actual outcomes once you have at least five closed, scored cards.
  • Loss and no-bid reasons, with who won, and team workload.
  • Pipeline trend: open and weighted pipeline week by week for six months.
  • Bookings target: the Owner sets a fiscal-year target and Reports shows won-to-date and coverage.
  • Recompete exposure: the incumbent contracts you are chasing, plus your own contracts (by UEI) ending within 24 months, each with a one-click Add card.
  • Agency footprint: where a company has won prime contracts, by agency, office, fiscal year and vehicle, next to your cards. Look up your own UEI or a competitor’s.
  • Weekly leadership email: every Monday morning, Owners (and Admins who opt in) get a summary of pipeline, won against target, the week’s movement and what is due.
  • Excel export of your reports.

Good to know

  • The pipeline trend uses each card’s current value, and recompete exposure and agency footprint use public USASpending prime award data, so they are only as complete as that source.
  • Reports work best when cards carry a value, a due date and a stage that reflects reality. Stale and past-due lists are the fastest way to get there.
