Website Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Avvyd Solutions collects when you visit avvyd.solutions, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Each Avvyd product, such as BiD, has its own privacy policy, listed on our Legal & Trust page.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you give us
- Contact form. Your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message.
- Launch notifications. Your name, email address and the products you want to hear about.
- Blog comments. Your name, email address, an optional website address and your comment. Comments you post are public, apart from your email address.
- Email. Anything you send to one of our addresses, such as hello@avvyd.ai.
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you browse the site, our analytics and marketing tools record technical and usage information. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you and the time of your visit. These tools use cookies and similar technologies, described in section 4.
2. How We Use It
- To reply to your questions and requests.
- To send the launch notice you asked for. We send one email per product when it goes live.
- To publish and moderate blog comments and to filter spam.
- To understand how visitors find and use the site, so we can improve it.
- To keep a record of business contacts and leads in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- To protect the site and comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Cookies and Your Choices
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses:
- Analytics cookies from Google Analytics and WordPress.com, to count visits and see which pages are useful.
- CRM cookies from HubSpot, to connect your visits with any form you submit.
- Functional cookies from WordPress, for features such as comments.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, though comments may need you to re-enter your details. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. Many browsers also let you send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.
5. How Long We Keep It
We keep form submissions and email while they are useful for the conversation or the business relationship, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them. Launch-notification requests are kept until the product launches or you ask us to remove you. Published comments stay up until you or we remove them. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's retention settings.
6. Your Rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. To make a request, email legal@avvyd.ai. We may need to confirm your identity first. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and our providers maintain their own security programs. No website can guarantee perfect security. If you find a security problem, please tell us at security@avvyd.ai.
8. Children
This site is meant for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Our Products
When you sign up for or use an Avvyd product, that product's own privacy policy and terms apply to your use of it. For BiD, see the BiD Privacy Policy and the BiD Security & Trust page. All product policies are listed on our Legal & Trust page.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
