This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) describes prohibited and permitted uses of BiD. It is incorporated by reference into BiD's Terms of Service.
1. Overview
BiD is a B2B SaaS platform designed exclusively for government contracting business development teams. Users access BiD through authorized organizational accounts. This AUP establishes the standards of conduct we expect from all users and organizations. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

- Use AI features to generate content that violates applicable law or third-party rights

- Use BiD for purposes other than government contracting business development
4. Content Standards
All content uploaded to or generated within BiD must:
- Be relevant to government contracting business development activities
- Comply with all applicable export control laws — do not upload documents that are export-controlled without appropriate authorization

Avvyd reserves the right to remove any content that violates this AUP or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful or inappropriate.
5. Account Sharing and Access
BiD accounts are licensed per seat based on your subscription plan. Sharing a single user account among multiple individuals is prohibited. Each user must have their own authenticated account. If your team needs additional seats, upgrade to a plan that supports additional users or contact us about adding seats.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP — including suspected security incidents, unauthorized access, or misuse of the platform — please report it promptly to hello@avvyd.ai or security@bid.avvyd.app. We take all reports seriously and will investigate in a timely manner.
7. Enforcement
Avvyd Solutions reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Upon determining that a violation has occurred or is likely occurring, we may, in our sole discretion:
- Issue a warning to the account holder
- Temporarily suspend access to BiD
- Permanently terminate the account
- Remove or disable offending content
- Report violations to law enforcement if required
We will use reasonable judgment in enforcement and will take into account the severity, intent, and context of the violation. Avvyd is not obligated to provide refunds in connection with account termination due to AUP violations.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our platform or applicable law. Updates will be posted at avvyd.solutions and incorporated into the Terms of Service. Continued use of BiD after updates take effect constitutes acceptance.
